• Notes and messages you send us, and records of our calls and emails with you

Payment information. When you pay for a move, your card details are handled by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers on our website.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. We use it to understand how the site is used and to keep it fast and working.

• To answer your quote request and prepare your flat rate
• To schedule and perform your move, packing, storage or other service
• To send you messages about your service, such as confirmations, arrival times and follow-ups

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast our pages load. They collect aggregated, anonymized data and do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

We don't use advertising cookies, and our website doesn't store personal information in your browser.

These companies help us run our website and service. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Mooxy: receives and manages the quote requests you send through our website
• Resend: delivers the emails sent from our website's forms

We keep your information as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal and tax requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We usually keep quote and moving records for at least three years after our last interaction with you.
